Quantum computing, sensing and communication are moving from laboratory to early commercial deployment. Satellites and space infrastructure are becoming critical to industrial and financial operations. Both domains share long development arcs, high capital intensity and winner-take-most dynamics — and both are moving faster than most corporate planning cycles have accounted for.

Energy & Climate
The energy transition is not a single market shift. It is a set of overlapping technology disruptions — storage, hydrogen, grid modernisation, industrial decarbonisation — each with different timelines, capital structures and competitive dynamics. Strategy that treats the transition as a single theme will misallocate capital.

Concentrated expertise, not a broad menu.
We work in two domains because genuine technical depth requires focus. Understanding quantum hardware well enough to give useful strategic advice is a different capability from understanding electrolyser cost curves. We do not offer a broad menu of technology topics. We offer deep, primary-source expertise in two areas where that depth is what the work requires.
